Starting Rate: $20.00 per hourWork Hours: Part time, up to 40 hours on Day shiftLocation: South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. As a Human Resources Intern, you will:Assist with the HR team in a variety of projects/tasks that will cover a broad set of HR disciplines including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Talent AcquisitionParticipate in the onboarding of new employees.Opportunity to work across the HR department to gain a broad understanding of the different specialties and functions within HRAnalyze data, generate reports, and implement process improvements.Support system improvements and assist in investigating, resolving and/or escalating HRIS issuesAssist on HR special projects Qualifications:Comfortable using the Google platform - Gmail; Google drive; Google folders for collaborationStrong PC skills - MS Word; Power Point; ExcelOpen mind - able to share new ideasPositive attitude and eager to learnStrong organizational skills and ability to follow direction required. Project and task management skills preferred. Human Resources or Business Management degree student preferred.
